Sounds of Healing invites you into our multicultural musical experience for and about healing ourselves, our communities and our environment. Let our artists from Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Morocco, the Middle East, Pakistan, Europe, and the US suffuse your senses and transport you on an unparalleled musical journey towards a place of healing.

From songs in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to those in Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu, and Ladino… from fast-paced Latin rhythms, to melodic instrumentation, to the wail of the Blues, we invite you to let this CD wash over you, soothe your weary heart and soul, and leave you jazzed to help us heal the universe together.

This CD is a collaboration between Saffron Caravan, Genesis at the Crossroads’ professional world music ensemble and youth graduates from our Genesis Academy Summer Institutes who are talented in music and creative writing.
